Crowned cruciform shields, interlinked C’s in angles, date split by English crown. 2.98g, die axis 6h (S.3382; Bull 577). A delightful steely grey tone with hints of purple florescence and much underlying brilliance, becoming harder to find in such high grades. A Bold extremely fine.
